Here’s some of the manga that I picked up recently! I love getting new manga and I’m excited to read these new volumes.

New volume of Witch Hat Atelier. I love this series so I’m looking forward to more.

One of my favourite manga series was Cardcaptor Sakura and I’ve been so in love with it’s recent sequel series Clear Card. So happy to have the newest volume come out!

I’m excited to read more My Hero Academia! It’s one of my favourite series.

I picked up the first two volumes of Toilet Bound Hanako Kun. I’ve been wanting to check out this series for a while! I even bought a pin from one of my favourite artists of the female character because she’s really cute.

Waterstones How the King of Elfhame Learned to Hate Stories

I’m a big fan of Holly Black and I loved The Cruel Prince series. I’m excited for this novella centered around Carden.

I may have gone a bit wild however and bought three copies of this. I got the FairyLoot edition, regular edition from Amazon and the black cover exclusive edition from Waterstones.

The Waterstones edition was sent out first so I’ll be doing a seperate post for the other editions!

I read this the day that I got it and I have to say without any spoilers that I loved it a lot. It was an interesting take on Cardan’s character and I enjoyed getting to see his perspective.

DVD Haul

Coming into the second lockdown I ended up picking up a few dvds. Some of these are movies that I managed to see in the cinema and loved.

I picked up Little Women, Emma, Pride and Prejudice (BBC), Birds of Prey and Parasite.

I’m really excited to rewatch these and so happy to add to my collection. I find dvds really handy to have mostly because we’ve had times where the internet messes up and I’ve gone almost two weeks once without it. And with lockdown here in Ireland till the end of the month I also just want to watch some movies! I use streaming services but it’s nice to own these movies and some aren’t available just yet.

I recently picked up this stunning 80th anniversary edition of Rebecca. I’ve heard great things about this book so I’m excited to finally read it!

Last night I dreamt I went to Manderley again . . .

The novel begins in Monte Carlo, where our heroine is swept off her feet by the dashing widower Maxim de Winter and his sudden proposal of marriage. Orphaned and working as a lady’s maid, she can barely believe her luck. Lush Haul

It’s been so long since I’ve bought anything from Lush and I miss shopping in their store. I picked up a few things and I’m excited to use them!

I picked up the Snow Fairy roll. I think this is new because I haven’t seen it before.

The next thing I picked up was the Snow Fairy Wonderball. It’s so cute! This one sadly broke in transit!

I love the Nana shower gel so I’m excited to use this bubble bar! I also got a new face mask!

I adore the comforter scent so I needed this bigger bubble bar!

Lush did send out the following two because of the broken bath bomb I got. They said they could send out another one but I was worried it would just break so they suggested these!

A Deal with the Elf King

I recently picked up this beautiful edition of A Deal with the Elf King and I’m so excited to read it.

The elves come for two things: war and wives. In both cases, they come for death.
